Personal Training in Denver Highlands
Get Stronger.
Move Better.
Stay Consistent
The Mill Fitness is a personal training service based in the Denver Highlands. Inspired by the idea of a mill — where material is shaped and strengthened over time — training here is built on steady, intentional progress that supports a more capable and enjoyable life.
Programs are individualized around your goals, experience, and lifestyle. Whether you’re preparing for ski season, improving body composition, training for an endurance event, or simply wanting to feel stronger day to day, the emphasis is on foundational strength, quality movement, and conditioning that supports long-term health.
The space is private, welcoming, and ego-free — designed to help you train with focus and leave each session stronger and more confident than when you arrived.

Jonathan Miller, owner of The Mill Fitness, began his professional journey in fitness in 2020. He spent his first few years leading group classes before moving into the world of personal training in 2024. As a former hockey player, he spent years in the gym training to be better on the ice—but over time, he realized that the gym is about so much more than just performance. It’s a foundation for a happier, healthier life, and that’s a shift in perspective he loves sharing with his clients.
With a background in Hospitality Management, Jonathan’s coaching style is all about the person, not just the program. He truly enjoys the “people” side of his work, focusing on building real connections and making sure that while you’re hitting your goals, you’re actually having a good time doing it.
Now, with The Mill Fitness, Jonathan has created exactly what he felt was missing: a welcoming, comfortable environment to get the results you’re looking for.
